Service Description
This 12-session (9 with the group and 3 private) coaching series is designed for a small group of 8–10 participants seeking to build foundational skills for teaching in an early childhood classroom setting. Each one-hour session provides practical, hands-on guidance focused on creating a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. Participants will learn effective strategies for greeting and engaging children and families, establishing consistent and supportive daily schedules, and designing classrooms that promote curiosity, independence, and positive behavior. Each session follows an interactive learning cycle: participants will be introduced to key concepts, actively practice or demonstrate the skill, and then engage in guided reflection with the group to deepen understanding and refine their approach. Through collaborative discussion, real-world examples, and actionable tools, this program equips educators with the confidence and skills needed to set up their classrooms—and their students—for success.
